 HR Direction's Founder to 

HRTX PEG Taskforce

Society of Human Resource Management's (SHRM) Board undertook an extensive strategic review of the organization.  As part of the analysis of the volunteer organization, Nancy L. Anheier, SPHR was selected to participate on SHRM the  Human Resource Technology Exchange (HRTX) Taskforce Committee.  This comprehensive study is expected to be concluded in 2003.

HR Direction was founded by Nancy L. Anheier, SPHR with the vision to provide human resource expertise that is cost-effective and ties directly to the bottom line.  Since her background has been in entrepreneurial firms, she understands the value proposition that human resources must provide.

Previous to founding HR Direction, Nancy proved herself as an accomplished leader, creative problem-solver and business-focused practitioner aligning business needs with human capital strategy with a wide range of organizations.  She has held leadership positions in these business sectors:  Financial Services, Technology (Hardware Channel), Technology (Software Development), Technology (Internet ASP) and Engineering Services. 

Nancy earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification for her knowledge mastery of that discipline.  She actively serves in leadership positions with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) on the local and national levels.  

Her current leadership roles are:

	SHRM National Vice Chair for the Human Resource Technology Management (HRTM) Committee Advisory Board for the Human Resource Technology Exchange (HRTX) Professional Emphasis Group Committee Member for the Human Resource Technology Exchange (HRTX) Taskforce
	Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Member for the Item Review Committee
	The Systems Administrators' Guild (SAGE) Board Member for Certification Program

She is an accomplished human resource speaker at meeting and conventions.  Contributed several published white papers on various human resource topics.
